Coed Parc's Employees of the Month!

Today, we wanted to give a shoutout to Coed Parc's Andrew Garcia and Callum Morgan-Peters, who were recently named as the home's employees of the month for August.

This past month, Andrew has gone above and beyond to help fellow staff members and supported individuals. He has been proactive around the home and works hard to give the supported individuals the best day possible every day. Andrew has also provided invaluable support to new starters and agency staff within the home with his positive encouragement and guidance.

Callum is a new addition to the Coed Parc team and has truly taken the role in his stride. He can always be found upbeat and happy around the home and is never too busy to help with additional work. The wider team have also noticed his positive and playful approach when working with supported individuals, and they couldn't be prouder of his fantastic effort.
