Happy Birthday, H!

Dan Y Coed celebrated the birthday of a very popular young man over the weekend as everyone came together to enjoy H’s Minecraft-themed birthday party!

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, H has been unable to celebrate his birthday with big parties, so this was a special moment for him and the team as they were able to invite his family and social worker to the birthday bash!

It’s always a pleasure to welcome the families of our young people to our homes, and it’s great to see everyone having a great time in the beautiful weather!
