PASSION Award Winner - Arianwen Grey

Our next PASSION award winner is Arianwen Grey from Tŷ George, who took home the Accepting Award.

At Orbis, we’re proud to be a diverse team that embraces differences among our individuals and colleagues. The Accepting award celebrates colleagues who go above and beyond to ensure their fellow team members and individuals feel accepted and valued.

Arianwen is considered the ‘Ultimate Diversity Champion’ at Tŷ George, as she recently supported several young people who struggled with their identities. During this time, Arianwen set up 1-2-1 sessions with every child to ensure they felt accepted and valued. Her incredible work in promoting diversity and inclusion within the home earned her first place in this year’s Accepting Award category.
