PASSION Award Winner - Bethany Davies

Our first Orbis PASSION Award winner is Tŷ Bronllys’ Bethany Davies, who won the People Come First Award.

The People Come First award looks to celebrate colleagues who have gone the extra mile to make the people they support the priority on every shift.

Learning Support Assistant Bethany came out on top in the People Come First category thanks to her dedication to supporting staffing levels within the home by picking up overtime shifts during the recent half-term period. She would also stay behind at the end of every shift to ensure the individuals and staff team were all happy and prepared for the day ahead. Bethany has worked incredibly hard this year to build excellent relationships with young people and colleagues and has always put others first in every aspect of her work.
