PASSION Award Winner - Nicky Leath

Our final PASSION Award winner for 2022 is Forestry House Support Worker Nicky Leath, who took home the New People Award.

The New People award celebrates new Orbis and Priority team members who have hit the ground running in their new roles and made a real difference in such a short period.

Nicky has demonstrated himself to be the embodiment of the New People value, having taken to his new role at Forestry House like a duck to water. He has taken everything in his stride and has built excellent working relationships with colleagues and the individuals he supports. Nicky utilises these relationships to approach difficult issues with sensitivity and to reinforce boundaries where required. His calm, measured and sensitive approach has helped the young people of Forestry House to achieve positive outcomes.
