Rhos Cottage Resident Builds his Social Skills and Visits the Local Community

To start the week, we want to shine a light on the fantastic achievement of Rhos Cottage resident, SF. Since his move into a multi-occupancy home, SF has gone from strength to strength in adapting to learn to live with others and to improve his social skills.

SF finds it difficult to leave the home on most days, but in August, he attended the cinema to watch the Barbie movie with support staff Katie. Despite finding the experience overwhelming at times, SF did an amazing job of managing his emotions, and it ended up being a very successful trip for the pair.

The team at Rhos Cottage are incredibly proud of SF’s achievement, and Home Manager Amy would like to thank everyone who has spent a lot of time and effort in building trusting relationships with SF to enable him to feel confident enough to visit the local community.
