Summergil's Coronation Celebrations

To get themselves ready for the Coronation Weekend, the pupils and staff team at Summergil School enjoyed a day of celebration on Friday with their own Coronation street party.

The pupils and staff team started the Coronation Weekend with an educational morning where they learned all about the rich tradition and history of the coronation before enjoying a fun-filled afternoon of arts & crafts, games and a party fit for a King!

The coronation celebrations came to an end with a special visit from the ice cream van, which dished out some much-needed sweet treats to our pupils.
