Tŷ Trafle Pupils Create a Beautiful Poppy Display

Ahead of last weekend’s Remembrance Day Service, the pupils and staff of Tŷ Trafle School volunteered to help create a beautiful poppy display in the heart of the Penclawdd village square.

In addition to their personalised poppy designs, they also supported in the creation of this stunning display at the Penclawdd Cenotaph. Every single poppy was made from the bottoms of recycled plastic bottles, and the moving poppy display stood proudly near the Penclawdd Cenotaph over the weekend for the Remembrance Day Service.
