Ty Seren Visit the Magical Illuminate Light Trail

To sign off the festive period in style, the individuals and support team at Tŷ Seren visited Margam park last week to enjoy a magical walk through the Illuminate light trail.

The residents had an amazing time exploring the park grounds, and it was fantastic to see new friendships blossoming within the group.

A special shout out to UB, who exceeded all expectations during the trip, as he joined the team for his first outing off-site with his fellow residents.

The evening was such a success that the team are already planning their next group trip!
