Tŷ Coryton's DW Transitions into Adult Home

Tŷ Coryton's DW will be transitioning into an adult home in the coming weeks, and ahead of his departure, his family decided to surprise his support team with gifts and cards to show their appreciation for the team's hard work over the years in supporting DW.

Since moving to Orbis in 2018, DW has been able to become incredibly settled and comfortable in his placement, thanks to the passion and commitment of his support team. The Team Leaders have also helped support his mum with maintaining family contact when she's led a very busy home life.

The entire team at Tŷ Coryton are sad to see DW go, but would like to thank him for brightening up their days and being such a character around the home, and to his mum for gifting such amazing gifts!
